It has something to do with our anatomy. Its the molecules in the product your smelling.
Like if you were to plug your nose before you smelt the brussel sprouts and eat them, you dont taste it.
The things in your nose that smell things have things in them that sometimes triggers memroies and when you smell the brussel sprouts before you will taste them evern if you plug your nose.
Taste is 90% smell!!
