Whats the proper way to use perfume?

Some people say you need to spray it on your chest, some people say you need to spray it where your pulse is. What about on clothes?





What is the right place to put it on?Whats the proper way to use perfume?
IF you are going to be spending time in the sun, do not put it anywhere that where will be in direct sunlight. IT can cause sunspots, brown spots where the perfume was sprayed. (Also in tanning beds). Perfume can ruin certain clothes, and certain perfume can ruin all clothes. I once saw an article about perfume in a magazine. It said to spray once on your wrist rub together, and put a dab behind each ear. Hope this helps. Whats the proper way to use perfume?
Don't spray it on your wrists and then rub your wrists together. It crushes all the perfume 'molecules' and the smell won't last as long.


Don't spray it on your clothes, it could stain or alter the colour of the fabric.


I like to put mine around my neck sort of behind the ears, not in as direct sunlight as the neck and chest, but still around the same area. You can still spray it on wrists, just don't rub them together!


Also, to prolong the life of your perfume store out of sunlight in a cool, dry place.
some people say put it on your wrists and rub them together and some on your chest, some say on your wrists and a little spray behind each ear and some people say spray it into the air and walk through it, its personal preference, i prefer wrists and neck, i think it lasts longer x
I usually spray perfume around my neck.


DONT SPRAY on your wrist the smell wont last long because you use your hand so often.


DONT SPRAY on your clothes because it will stain the clothes.

Typically, wrists, neck and chest.





Though, many have found that it stays longer in warmer parts of your body. For example, behind the knees, on the crease of your arm by your elbow, and behind your ears.





But, you can put your perfume anywhere you like!

Don't put it on your clothes, it'll stain them. I find the chest is the best place to put it on. Just not too much!
u put it on ur chest. wrists but not clothes cos then it makes the perfume smell weird if the clothes smelt different.
full soak in a bathtub.. works like a charm
